Accessibility
Last updated: 11 October 2026
trakki.at should work well for everyone, including with a screen reader, with the keyboard only or with strong magnification. We make this statement voluntarily.
How we checked
On 11 October 2026 we checked all 48 pages, in German and English, automatically against WCAG 2.2 level AA (using axe-core), the home page and some other pages in the dark design too. We fixed the issues found – too little contrast on small headings – and after that no page showed any. We also used the home page with the keyboard only: everything can be reached, and whatever is selected is clearly marked.
What the website does for this
- A “Skip to content” link as the first element of every page.
- Descriptions for images; purely decorative images are skipped.
- Sufficient contrast for text, in the light and the dark design.
- Every video that plays by itself can be paused with a button.
- If “Reduce motion” is set on your device, the scroll animations are left out.
- The pages are available in German and English.
What is not fully accessible yet
- The example map is the real app in a frame. Its dots can be selected with the keyboard, but with a screen reader the map is only partly usable.
- The videos show the app without spoken words. What they show is also in the text next to them.
- The app for iPhone, Android and Windows is not covered by this statement.
