Your routes plan themselves. You just set off.

For field sales — the whole day with real driving times, not just the next drive.

Customer list in, week done. Every morning trakki tells you where you start — and how long you will really be driving.

The app's start screen: the trakki mark, below it the way into the day. The app's day plan in dark mode.

A day with trakki.

Film still: a man at the window in the morning light, his eyes closed for a moment, above it the word ‘Breathe.’

At the heart · one map

The map is the heart of it.

Your whole territory at a glance: every customer a dot, the colour says who is due, the lines are your routes. And if you want to know exactly, you tap into it — down to the single visit.

Try the map out.

Not a rebuild, but the app itself: the same map, the same buttons, the same sample customers. Filter by due date, tap a dot, switch the routes on and off.

The app's territory map with the “Show” panel on the left. The same map in dark mode.

Sample data, no real customers. On the left the “Show” panel: show and hide what is on the map. Scrolling moves the page — hold Ctrl to zoom. The map fetches its tiles from OpenFreeMap and Stadia Maps when it starts, nothing goes there before that; next time it starts on its own.

Overview · five things

Five things, done properly.

trakki plans the day of someone who drives. It does not want to be more than that.

  1. Work out the week

You say how often you need whom. trakki plans the rest — and Friday stays free.

  2. Addresses that are right

Excel list in, done. trakki tells you openly what only sits roughly right.

  3. Replan on your feet

Drag a visit to another day on your phone. trakki works the driving time in straight away.

  4. Nothing forgotten

Whoever is due is at the top. Notes and tasks sit with the customer.

  5. Record it and hand it over

Every visit recorded. Need proof? As Excel at the touch of a button.

Close-up: Jonas looks at his phone with a smile, the app's day plan on the screen. The same image, the day plan in dark mode.
Point 4: whoever is due is at the top — checked between two appointments.

Proof · real recordings

And this is what it looks like.

One film and two screens from the app, with exactly the sample data from above. Recorded, not rebuilt, and nothing tidied away.

Detail from the week view: Monday to Friday side by side, Wednesday expanded with five visits, below it the total of five visits and 105 kilometres. The same detail of the week view in dark mode.
The day plan in the app: five visits with arrival time and visit length, driving time and distance in between. The same day plan in the app's dark mode.

The day in front, the week behind it. Four days planned, Friday stays free — and you did not lift a finger.

Jonas holds his phone out in front of him, the back towards the viewer, and smiles.

How it runs · one day

The day that belongs to you.

No more Sunday evenings at the kitchen table with the Excel list. The week is planned when you need it — and your head is free for the people you drive to.

  • Open it, set off.
  • Fully there with the customer.
  • Home earlier.
Jonas at the wheel at sunrise, the phone in its holder showing the day's route on the map. The same image, the map in dark mode.
Set off.
Jonas laughs and shakes hands with a pharmacist in the bright shop doorway.
Listen.
A man carries a child on his shoulders through a garden, backlit by the low sun.
Be there.

The app on the screens is real.

Before · after

Sunday evening disappears.

Sunday evening, without trakki

  • An hour spent piecing the week together.
  • An Excel list nobody but you understands.
  • Driving times guessed, and then 40 minutes more anyway.
  • One customer cancels, and half the day wobbles.
  • “When was I last at this one, actually?”

Monday morning, with trakki

  • Open it, set off.
  • The list is the app, the same on every one of your devices.
  • Real road times, with opening hours and breaks.
  • Move a visit, the rest recalculates itself.
  • Every customer carries their own history.

Trust · your data

Your customers stay your customers.

trakki stores everything on your device. There is no server of ours holding your customer list, and therefore none that can be hacked, sold or switched off.

No account needed

Install and start. No sign-up, no email address, no password to forget.

Sync without us

Phone and computer sync through your own storage: Google Drive, OneDrive or the NAS at home. Or with no cloud at all, over your own Wi-Fi — a small trakki program on your computer is the other end. Your customer data never leaves the house.

You can leave any time

Everything can be saved as a file and exported as Excel. If you stop, you take your data with you, all of it.

Report when you want to

trakki documents for you first: every visit and every phone call sits with the customer, and nobody else sees it. If someone needs a report, you hand it out yourself — call reports as Excel, one row per entry, plus a sheet with the count per customer. Good enough for the boss, good enough for handing over a territory. What trakki does not have is a team dashboard that records in the background.

Price · two ways

What trakki costs.

Looking and trying costs nothing. You only pay once you start planning.

Before you ask

Common questions.

What does trakki cost?

Trying it out costs nothing and has no time limit: click through the whole app, with sample data or with your own. If you plan with it, you pay €9.99 a month or €99 a year — billed through the App Store or Google Play checkout, cancel any time.

Where is my customer data kept?

On your device. There is no server of ours holding your customer list — and therefore none that can be hacked, sold or switched off. Phone and computer sync through your own storage: Google Drive, OneDrive or the NAS at home — or at home over your own Wi-Fi, with no cloud at all: open the app, and it is synced. For that a small trakki program runs on your computer, and it has to be switched on. We see none of it. That does not replace an off-site backup.

Do I need an account?

No. Install and start — no sign-up, no email address, no password to forget.

Can I bring my existing customer list across?

Yes, as an Excel file. trakki looks up the addresses and tells you openly which ones it only got roughly right, instead of quietly dropping them in the centre of town.

Does trakki use real driving times?

Yes — for every drive of the day, at the time it actually happens, with opening hours and breaks. Your sat nav knows the next drive, trakki knows the whole day. If you drag a visit to another day on your phone, it says straight away what that costs in driving time.

Can I get out again if I do not like it?

Any time and in full. Everything can be saved as a file and exported as Excel; if you stop, you take your data with you. The subscription runs through the store and is cancelled there.

Who is trakki made for?

For people who spend the day in the car and see the same customers again: field sales reps and sales staff with their own territory, area and regional sales managers, pharmaceutical reps, manufacturers' reps, field service technicians, trades with maintenance contracts, looking after branch networks. Not for parcel routes and not as a second CRM.

Is there a trakki for iPhone and Android?

For both. The app is in development; as soon as it is in the stores, the buttons above lead straight there.
