Please say which device and which version of trakki you use — that saves a round of questions. There is no hotline and no ticket system; expect an answer within a few days.

Your data

Your customer list lives on your device, not on a server. If you need a backup, export it in the settings. If you want everything gone, “Delete all data” in the settings removes it from that device. Details are in the privacy statement.
